Commission David to write you a poem

Do you have an upcoming personal occasion or commercial event* you’d like to make extra special with something unique and beautiful? Have best-selling poet David Tensen write you a poem.

David will write a one page poem (250-300 words) for occasions like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, funerals, memorials and more.

Process:
Step 1. Complete a request form. Wait for response.
Step 2. Pay deposit and complete details form
Step 3. Liaise with David via email until completion.
Step 4. Make final payment to gain rights to use the poem.

Price and payment:
A standard 1 page poem (150-200 words) costs $150 Australian Dollars. If David accepts the project, a non-refundable engagement and commencement deposit of 50% will be invoiced for payment, followed by a 50% deposit on completion or 30 days, whichever occurs first. Tasks with a close deadline may incur a larger fee.
The invoice will be sent along with a larger questionnaire which will help me gather the details I need for the poem. Payments can be made via Direct Bank Deposit (Australia only) or PayPal.

Correspondence:
The poem and it’s drafts will be sent in a PDF via email. An initial draft will be sent within 5 working days.

Rights:
Upon completion and final payment, the client (you) will be able to use the poem for non-commercial purposes, however the author attribution remains by David Tensen.
